Push notifications are a great way to improve user engagement, user experience and increase user loyalty to a business. The newest update to the Bottlecapps platform allows retailers to send targeted push notifications to customers. By orchestrating the notifications feature, retailers can send relevant notifications to different groups such as beer enthusiasts, wine connoisseurs, or cocktail aficionados, thereby boosting engagement and customer satisfaction. Improved functionality and optimized content can boost search engine rankings that helps with driving more organic traffic to the online store. In our humble opinion, no other tech-solution company within Bev Alc has developed as many paths to success for their partners than Bottlecapps.
In the past, we’ve highlighted our fantastic relationships with Instacart and the very real increase in orders for stores that have signed with them. In fact, our stores have seen an average increase of approximately 50 new monthly orders since signing with Instacart.
Bottlecapps then announced a partnership with DoorDash that now allows our stores a chance to be on their ubiquitous marketplace, which is yet another exciting new avenue of order-generation.
And now, Bottlecapps has added ClubStack to the fold as an elite, best-in-class Beer, Wine & Spirits Club that will provide guaranteed recurring profits to those stores that join!
So, as is easy to tell, there’s no shortage of order-funneling, low-cost options for Bottlecapps’ stores to choose from. The more orders, the merrier, right?
That’s certainly the mindset of our friends in today’s shoutout; Purdy’s Discount Wine & Liquor in Saratoga Springs, NY, Harford Liquor Station in Baltimore, MD, Tuscany Wine Spirits & Craft in Colorado Springs, CO, and Bel Air Liquors in Bel Air, MD each saw the benefits of these partnerships and chose to dive right in. As a result, chances for success have skyrocketed for each of these stores, which has thrust them to the top of the list when it comes to the most successful retailers on the Bottlecapps roster.
Our partners’ success is our success, so coming up with creative and viable solutions to generate more and more revenue for all 3 tiers is priority #1 – and that is serious business.

Program Sales – Account Manager
|
My journey in the food and beverage industry started 15 plus years ago as a dishwasher in a local restaurant. I found a passion for the fast-paced, organized chaos, and heat of the kitchen – so I took a leap! Moving to New Orleans to hone my skills working with the best for over 5 years until I took on the ultimate challenge of opening my own restaurant in North Dallas Eight-11.
Riding on that success, my ever so curious spirit led me to Austin, where I jumped into multi-unit restaurant management and operations. There I was opening new concepts, designing menus and creating bar programs. Through my network and partnerships I had an opportunity to get into CPG sales for an upstart alcohol brand, where I focused on bringing new markets to life and boosting growth. Now, with Bottlecapps as a Program Sales Account Manager, I’m all about prospecting, lead generation, and developing sales strategies that align with the needs of customers along all 3 tiers of Bev Alc. I am so excited about this new opportunity with Bottlecapps, and cannot wait to see what the future holds!

My work experience began in 2009. I started working for a fitness center chain and learned as many roles as I could. I worked 1 on 1 with great people as a health coach and trainer. I learned how to communicate and work with people gaining valuable customer service skills. I worked in memberships and sales; where I learned how to sell products, overcome objections, and set sales goals. 9 years later I decided on a career change. I joined the sales team of an Industrial parts supplier to the oil and gas industry. I learned new skills and grew as a customer service representative.
I joined Bottlecapps in 2023 and I have taken my previous experience and applied it to my role as a Client Success Manager. I work closely with our retail partners, communicating daily and developing a customer relationship to find out how to help them succeed. I believe in Bottlecapps and enjoy growing with this great company!

Prior to joining Bottlecapps, I spent 8 years in the culinary industry, gaining valuable experience in a wide variety of cuisines. Additionally, I launched my own CPG brand, where I handled all marketing strategies, from branding to product development. This unique combination of culinary and marketing experience has given me a strong understanding of the food and beverage market and the intricacies of successful marketing.
As a Social Media Manager at Bottlecapps, my role allows me to utilize my expertise and experience to effectively manage and strategize social media campaigns. With a deep understanding of various social media platforms and trends, I am able to create engaging content and foster meaningful interactions with our target audience. By staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and leveraging data analytics, I ensure that our social media efforts are not only visually appealing but also drive results and contribute to the overall growth of the brand. I am committed to representing Bottlecapps in the digital space and building a strong online presence that resonates with our customers.
