Ever been to a restaurant and excitedly ordered something that sounded wonderful, only to take your first bite and realize that it tastes like hot garbage? Of course, you have. Statistics in Prepartion for Halloween:

- 45% of consumers start their Halloween shopping in September.
- Online searches for Wine and Spirits jump two-fold in October.
- Vodka is the most purchased Spirits category during Halloween week across online channels.

Google – not quite the monopoly on search they once had:

- 26% of consumers across multiple age groups used social media channels like TikTok and Instagram to start their product search.
- 40% of Gen Z shoppers prefer TikTok and Instagram over Google when searching for product information.
- About 55% of people, go to Amazon first to search for products, bypassing Google entirely.
